Hi, I’m Rose, founder of Ardu

Ardu’s mission is to help individuals and groups to improve their wellbeing, build resilience and find balance in order to live a fulfilling and healthy life.

Rose is a Meditation & Breathwork Practitioner and Wellbeing Coach who focuses on supporting and empowering people to make meaningful and sustainable changes to not only improve their current state of wellbeing but also lay the foundation for a more fulfilling future.

Ardu offers services aimed at raising wellbeing. By combining breathwork coaching, meditation, and mindfulness, we provide a holistic approach to promoting physical, emotional, and mental wellness.

My approach

By combining coaching, meditation, and mindfulness, Ardu provides a holistic approach to promoting physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.

Ardu provides people with tools to proactively manage their own wellbeing, which can be especially helpful during times of stress, uncertainty, or other challenging experiences. By teaching people how to be more present and self-aware in the moment, this approach helps clients to reduce their stress and anxiety, improve their mood and focus, and cultivate a greater sense of overall wellbeing.

Ardu uses a science-based approach to improving wellbeing, based on an understanding of biological processes underlying health and wellness, and grounded in evidence-based practices. However, each coaching session is tailored to the client’s needs and the most effective approach will depend on the individual's unique circumstances and goals.

Coaching

Coaching can help individuals identify and achieve their goals, as well as overcome obstacles that may be holding them back. This can lead to greater self-confidence, motivation, and a sense of purpose.

Breathwork

Breathwork has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, improve mood, and enhance mental clarity and focus. Regular breathwork practice can also help individuals cultivate greater self-awareness and compassion for themselves and others.

Mindfulness

Practising mindfulness can help individuals reduce stress, improve sleep, enhance immune function, and increase resilience in the face of challenging circumstances.
